Why was he looking at my myspace pagefor four months ?

well i recently got in touch with this guy i won a scholarshp with. i added him but he never accepted. so i forgot abut him then he hits me up on myspace four months later. telling me to holla. now we have been talking for a while but i found out that he was viewing my page for like a while before he contacted me? why would he do that?
