Why is Obama's 'tax plan' really just another liberal welfare program? ?

Obama plan is much better than the republican/McCain plan. McCain plan is to give tax breaks to the wealthy and hope they trickle down. Remember the last ones from Bush that did nothing. Stats show that giving the rich tax breaks do nothing for the unemployment but tax breaks to the middle cl and poor creates more jobs. By the way for someone to get the $1000 back they must hit every tax break which would be less than .01% of tax payers. So almost none will get the $1000 by not working.
