Was this mayo safe to eat while pregnant?

Of the 2500, 1/3 of them are pregnant women, which is about 835. The US population is 307006550. So 835/307006550 is only about .00027% chance of becoming infected with Listeria. So technically there is a chance, but an extremely small one. You should be fine.
