My baby of 5 months has been sick for more than 2 weeks she's really congested, has a cold, lot of mucus ?

She can't even sleep through the night since she has trouble breathing I been using saline drops, and been using this nose plunger to help her breath better and giving her water to drink but she doesn't seem to get any better is there anything else I can do!
