Calculating the maximum absolute temperature using molar heat capacities?

I need to use the molar heat capacities I was given to calculate the maximum absolute temperature for the combustion of the m of ethanol (1.75 ml) uming that it starts at 20 deg C. Is there some kind of equation that I use? How do I start this?
