Snowboard jacket and pants sizes?

I am 4 ft 10 in tall and 86 pounds and i was wondering what size jacket and pants i need to get for this upcoming snowboard season. please help me with my problem and if you can find any neon colored youth jackets or pants my size please leave them in a link thank you.
