Are Cold-Sores serious ?

the virus that gives you coldsores on your lip is not the same virus that you get on your . Cold sores usually appear in and or around your mouth or sometimes your nose. As far as the frequency of the outbreaks, it varies from person to person. I've had a total of 3 my whole life ( I am 26). I know someone who gets one or 2 every winter so its hard to say.
