How can i review (cosmetic) products by mail/Who can i do it for?

I think it's so awesome that people can get free samples in the mail and tell their opinion on them,how can i be a product reviewer too? What company can i do it for-preferably something that has to do with cosmetics.And do you know any links like "wanted tester".PLEASE HELP. :)
