Why doesn't Yoda destroy Dooku's ship in attack of the clones?

In AOTC, Dooku escaped using his solar ship. He distracts Yoda by breaking off that giant pillar. Yoda moves the pillar away and saves Anakin and Ben. But later he jumps up on his ship and does all these moves. so why doesn't he just grab his lightsaber and destroy his spaceship?
