What's the downside to chipping my S4 V8?

there are no chips that give 60 hp on a stock motor. It will void any warranty you have, and worse, can cause check engine light to pop on, and in some cases leans out the computer this is not a good thing Before you touch a thing under the dash, take the ad and go talk tou your mechanic. if your mechanic oks the chip then go from there. My mechanic last words to me were if it aint broke, dont fix it.
