Western Culture has now become global culture through the freedoms of the internet - agreed or not?

Ah, at least SOMEONE will admit to the fact that barbarians still remain in our modern world. I think a few more successful barbaric attacks will solidify the will of the people, at least. Right now many lack the convictions to take threats seriously.
