Planning a wedding menu and need some good "bake and freeze ahead of time" food ideas?
Mini Quiche are my favorite & since they sell them frozen, I'm sure you could freeze yours too. Shrimp tail would be easy because you can buy frozen bags of pre-cooked shrimp already de-veined & shelled. Just thaw them out & serve with tail sauce. I know shrimp is expensive but they're so good. How about cheese filled manicotti? We always used to freeze trays of lasagna so I could see manicotti working well. Hmm. I'm racking my brain. You should post this in the Cooking & Recipes section. I think they'll be of more help to you.
