My dads dog keeps pooping and peeing in my dads house and she is trained?

my dads dog keeps pooping and peeing in my dads house lately and we dont know why??? the dog is a girl and she knows where her bathroom is. She is always farting also we think she may be preggnant. We've had her for at least three years. please help ppl.
