My 9 month baby is bloated! Help?

My baby has been on and off being congested,had a fever and now has it again after 3 weeks. We noticed today how much her belly looks bloated and her skin tone on her belly looks off a bit, maybe it's just me overthinking about the skin cuz I'm worried but wanted to mention incase. We've took her to the doctor but they just day prune juice etc.. But this was before when she got her fever, I was wondering if it was safe to give my 9 month baby a tea spoon of olive oil? Olive oil has always been a good method in my family, but idk, my mother in law saids she might be bloated because of the imfamil she drinks which is for infants, or can it be a stomach virus or something. All info needed please!!!
