Desperation guy help please?

this guy that ive liked for awhile just started talking to me again after awhile. we had hooked up earlier and like i think i was like his first kiss. but then we didnt talk for a while. now hes talking to me but only texting me?? i think hes jsut shy becasue he trys to say hi in school but its jsut soo quite that i dont really kno . haha but like hes kinda an outgoing person normally. but now he sends me messages like when i was walking home one night hes lllike " ohh i would walk you home carolyn" or liek when i was drunk and laying in the road" let me come save you " theyre all really cute but i just wish he would talk to me for real and not just over like the internet and texting
