Beta/Game Tester for Video Game Companies?

Hi i am 16 yrs old and turning 17 in christmas for years i have been wanting to test games but the problem is that i cant find any information on how to become a video game tester. It doesn't matter if i get payed or not but all i want is to become one since i am really good at finding errors and enjoy playing video games.
