Do you think voters should have to take a test about the candidate's policies in order to register to vote?

I feel that there are so many uneducated voters who vote to just vote and are making wrong decisions. I think that in order to get your registration card, you have to take a short test on the candidates policies and you have to take it at a place where you can't look up answers. Information will be provided for people to become educated and be able to vote. I know there are people with no tv or computers, so the government will provide free education brochures or cles or something like that. You will be able to take the test as much as you want until you p. I feel that if you p a test like this then I will be more confident in who is leading our country because we made the right choice. What do you think about this?

BSD is just a Distro of linux so its a same thing, just different distribution there are alot of different distributions of linux, FreeBSD,Red Hat,Ubuntu,Fedora, for home use I'd recommend UBUNTU, but each linux distro usually has its own structure, however they all are based on the same kernel.
